Frequently asked
What counts as a successful run?
Any run that completes without you flagging it as failed within 24 hours. If the model output is unusable, hit 'Mark as failed' on the run detail page within the window and it won't count against your monthly quota.
How does the 24h failure flag work?
When a run completes you have 24 hours to mark it failed (with an optional reason). We refund it from your quota — no support ticket needed. After 24h the run is locked in as successful.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Billing settings or the Stripe portal — your Operator features stay active through the end of your current period, then drop you to Scout. No proration penalty.
What happens at 500 runs?
Operator includes 500 successful runs per month. In this release, execution pauses at 500 successful runs until your subscription renews. Overage billing ($0.25/run, capped at $50/mo) ships in the next release — until then, hitting 500 is a hard stop. Need higher caps right now? Get in touch.
